Service

Bank Statement Converter helps you turn bank statement PDFs into tables (CSV / Excel) with a reconciliation check. QBO / OFX / QFX are paid unlocks.

Free and paid

Free: no login, 5 pages / 24 hours, CSV + Excel, reconcile visible.
Paid: $3.99 per statement or $19/mo · 200 pages, unlocking QBO / OFX (QFX optional). Checkout channel: Waffo (when live).

Text-layer extraction uses browser heuristics (pdf.js). Layouts vary by bank — always verify against the source PDF. Scanned / image-only statements are not supported until a labeled cloud OCR path ships.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, attempt to abuse quotas, or use the service for unlawful activity. You are responsible for having the right to process the statements you upload.

Deletion

Uploaded files are deleted after processing or within ≤ 24 hours.
